It's like I'm not just exercising. Time flies by, I watch the daily news, Function up a little sweat for 25 to around 30 minutes and I'm done. I've already lost like 6 POUNDS. And i am not even using atmosphere Climber during I probably could or should. When i get a little more motivated I'll improve to the toning routine but for the time being I'm cool with the actual load loss results I'm
