There's no real advice for this one, it's more from the timing/luck issue. SWAT is the most required to get an extermination, but slayer might be just great. If you do a single one on slayer, get the heavy weapons you will find. Incineration cannons, rocket launchers, sniper rifles, the works. All of these are best to getting exterminations in Slayer.
