Ideally, you want to have more DHA than EPA in a fish oil supplement. Usually of thumb, never get a brand offers less than 250 mg of DHA and 100 mgs of EPA. And if you can't tell the amount of each is due to each capsule, then don't even bother getting that brand. There's probably minimal amounts in the individual.
