It's like I'm seriously exercising. Period flies by, I watch the daily news, Sometimes up just a little sweat for 25 to 60 minutes and I'm done. I've already lost like 6 POUNDS. That i'm not even using atmosphere Climber the way I probably could or should. While i get just a little more motivated I'll step up to the toning routine but for now I'm cool with pounds loss results I'm dating.
